成立背景：
Quebec is a French speaking province. Compared with other neighbor provinces, Quebec is still in a relatively inferior position regarding the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With increasing numbers of Chinese immigrants coming to Quebec, more and more Chinese acupuncturists and practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine have also entered the TCM profession, to relief people from all kinds of pain and illnesses and serve the public. At present, the proportion of Chinese acupuncturists registered in the Order of Acupuncturists of Quebec (OAQ) accounts for 10%.
目前在魁北克省针灸管理局，注册的华人针灸师比例已占10%。为了更好地交流信息，保护华人针灸师们的正当权益，自2021年6月份以来，华人注册针灸师们进行了多次的线下和线上的讨论和磋商，最后大家共同决定成立一个华人针灸师中医师们的一个自己的组织。
2021年9月23日，魁北克省针灸师中医师公会终于注册成立。
Purpose
Quebec Association of Acupuncturists & TCM Practitioners is a non-profit civil academic society/organization, voluntarily initiated and formed by Quebec registered acupuncturists through mutual consultation. The Association has the following responsibilities and functions:
- 联合在魁北克省工作的针灸师中医师以及对东方医学感兴趣的本土治疗师，共同探讨推动中医药文化在魁北克省的发展。
- 以本公会为平台，学习国际国内同行业的先进经验，加强与魁省相关专业组织的对话交流与沟通，保护针灸师中医师们的正当专业权益。
- 联合中国，世界各国的针灸师，中医师、传统治疗师等有志于医学健康事业发展的专业人士， 共同进行学术交流、合作与提高，促进中医药事业在魁省的健康发展，造福于当地民众。
- 联合国际国内相关医学专家、学者及老师同行们，组织学术交流和会议等活动，扩大学术视野，提高专业技术水平。
- 为会员们介绍组织一些专业课程的学习，为会员们争取一些优惠和福利。
- 作为一个平台，为其他的治疗师们提供一些专业信息援助，以便于他们更好更快地适应并融入到魁省的专业环境中来，发挥自己的专业优势和治疗技能。
